Im mad about Panna so I was thrilled to receive an email announcing Simmer. I have the app now but I cant create a Simmer account -- I keep getting an error message that tells me a new account cant be created. That bug needs to be sprayed with Raid!!

I tried to share my thanksgiving recipe but it crashed and lost all my work. I spent many hours on it! So angry. The videos are really awkward to watch too.

Great UI. Incredibly easy to create and upload your own 2-3 minute video recipe. Unleash your inner chef!

I love the app its super awesome and easy to use. Note to Developer: One thing that Ive noticed is that the video acts strangely. As I begin to watch videos it does one of three things; it cuts short and then continues to the next video, it pauses and then continues in a jumpy fashion or it just plays as normal. Its very difficult to discern between these which requires me to play the video several times. With no scrubber, or at least some sort of length indicator I have no idea when these things are taking place, or if Im missing a certain step. Otherwise, great app, lovely UI, super easy to use. Cheers.

Crashes...

There seem to be no categories or search. I am only able to see what the editor wants me to see or scroll down hundreds of random recipes.

I thought this lame application offered recipes. Instead, Im greeted with YET ANOTHER registration screen. Give me a break. No, you absolutely do not need my email, and the 30 seconds that registration would have taken are probably better spent giving you a bad review.

Crashed on my iPhone 6 during attempt to log in using twitter, during scrolling for recipes and while watching a video for a recipe. This app is no good.

Great potential. Needs some work on being intuitive. Will re-rate after first update.

This app is a great implementation of a nice concept. As an amateur cook, I really like to see the equipment the chef is working with as it is sometimes abstract when just reading a recipe.

Chose the Facebook login, and then it asked for a new Simmer password. If Ive got to create a Simmer account regardless, why waste my time with a Facebook login.? But then it wont take the password, telling me my email us already in use. I go back and try to create a new Simmer account. It gives some meaningless error. So Im stuck at the login screen of the app. No functionality.

This app is for you being the chef… and it makes it so easy to create step by step videos like you’re the next Mario Batali, Rick Bayless, or Guy Fieri (just kidding about the Guy Fieri part - obviously). But it’s intuitive and easy to create videos and share with your friends. The app interface is beautiful too. It has some room for improvement, but it just came out and I bet the little things will be fixed on the update. Awesome app… ok, back to creating my next masterpiece!

I had a lot of fun watching the recipes -- good stuff! Its nice to see real people cooking in their homes. I cant wait to see "Grandmas ...." or more of "Moms ...." recipes -- the ones that have been passed down through generations but always stay in that one family! Ill definitely be keeping an eye on this app, it may just be the next big thing!

This is the perfect app for the holidays with such a great UI. I love the social aspect and the ability to follow users that are creating great recipes. Love the video instruction! Smart to keep the steps under 30 seconds ;). And I absolutely love that anyone can participate. Nice work Panna!

It’s a great help to me when using this app . It instruct me to change our family meals everyday.

Missing search option. Kinda useless without it

I had to delete this app because it froze my one month old iPhone 6. Like, FROZE the whole phone where no button worked and no command would shut it down on the middle of a recipe video. Was it even built for this platform? The video playback of the recipes froze or skipped constantly. Too bad because I really wanted to like this app and love instructional cooking vids.
